If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the item to us in its original packaging & condition within 7 days of receipt, and we'll be happy to make an exchange or issue a refund. Opened, used items, or final sale items CANNOT be returned.
Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer input errors (e.g. typos).
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Once we receive the item, we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase.
